    no tones after 5-10 minutes. If the hard drive dies, does it affect the fiber output on the NAM? I"ve seen NAMs with hard drive. It usually stops with an error code. The weird thing is that the HD lights up and I can hear it spinning when booting up.

    Also noticed that only ports 1 and 2 are active. Port 3 and 4 are inactive even though they are connected. In port status port 3 & 4 are unequipped. Can this cause problems down loading reports?

    The server has no internet connection. The Java update has been turned off. The firewall has been turned off.

    I'm installing a new hard drive into a BCM50 1.0. I'm trying to restore a back up into the system. I'm getting an error saying that the "rules delete". The restore quits. vI defaulted to try to make it work. It still won't restore. Do I need to patch it up before I restore? Thanks for any help.

    I tried a reset. It didn't respond. The status light stays solid yellow and the power light solid green. Then they both go solid yellow, then status light goes out. thne back to solid green power and solid yellow status. I think it tring to intialize.

    Also I changed the power supply with a spare one that I had. No power light is solid green and staus lifgt is solid yellow. It is stuck there and won't come up. Maybe a bad hard drive? This thing is getting worst!

    Take a look at the manual. The files have to be wav files nad no more than 5meg each. I usually rip a CD with wimamp using the lowest setting available. You activate the BCMamp in unified manager.

    I have a customer with a flashing green power light on the phone system. The status light is solid green. They had the phone system go down in the morning and they rebooted( uplugged the power supply). I could connect with the element manager. Could this have bad power supply? Thanks for any help!

    Call Center Reporting does not allow year 2009

    Would this fix work on RCC server using a call pilot 3.1? It seems to be a easier fix than upgrading the call pilot, CCRS and reporting client. Do I need to reboot the server after changing the common file. Thanks for the wisdom!
