    No password seems to have corrected the issue. Removed them a while back and no problems since, just confirmed with the customer. Hope it can help someone else ;)

    Just had a brainfart...tell me what you think of this: User cannot login or out when there is no password set under "User->Telephony->Supervisor settings". Would removing all passwords from this field resolve the issue of phones logging out by removing the ability to do so? Thank you

    Pepp77, are you talking about the users randomly login out problem, or the phones unsubscribing problem? I was told there were some issues with the "Provisionning" method, but the advantages were by far greater than an "unprovisionned" installation in my opinion. It's really getting the user...

    Hum... I also have this problem at a customer's site... however, no 3740 IP Dect phones are in any of the huntgroups :s Customer has a mix of standard and compact base stations. Sometimes they de-register themselves compeltely, sometimes the user is only logged out and has to signin again...
