DSP Daughterboards (DB32 and DB96) No registering on MGC Card

Reseat MGC card and watch it boot. When "DSP are waiting for mgcdb.xml file" appears type <CTRL> OAM AT > type mgcsetup and re-enter IP info. When it asks to reboot say yes and it should sync up and register.

DSP Daughterboards (DB32 and DB96) No registering on MGC Card

Have you tried clearing the MGC cards and then re-entering the IP information. Clear the IP, boot the card and then re-enter the IP info.

    Option11 RSM Problem

RSM modules are notoriously fickle. Does the MM answer when you dial mail #? I would replace RSM breakout as they go bad often.

    Extension Rnage

The IP Office assigns extensions through DHCP. Is there a field somewhere that I can utilize to make sure the IP Office only assigns extensions that begin with 6? Basically can I assign an IP extension range to be used.

    Extension Rnage

Is there a way to view what extension range is being assigned by our IP400 to our IP sets? I would like to limit the range to 4 digit extensions that begin with 6, is this possible?
