i only know how to change the class of service for individual mailboxes? is their another one? and what do i change it to? the extension im using to try this feature has service call Ten on the mbox.

When calling a DN that is busy the calling DN will get a fast busy and Not in service message? before it used to say On another call? how do i change this?

Well on my own i have figured out how to get into it. This might be to big of a question but i cant seem to understand the directions. How would i set it up to. Answer.. ask the caller if they know their parties extension press 9 to answer it or stay on the line to be connected to an operator...

Ive got my NAM working that i bought from eBay and now i need to just wipe it out. i don't have any passwords i don't even know where to start. i started at feature 983 but couldn't get past.

i have my own house and an adjoining building now each having different phone systems.. my house has a 824 dr5 and the other other has a NEC DSX-160. eventually the two dwellings will be connected but until then how can i connect the two systems together so the NEC can have extensions from the...
