i have a NAM 1 and was wondering if call record would work?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
check the class of service. If it can then you should see see the option there to enable it.

i only know how to change the class of service for individual mailboxes? is their another one? and what do i change it to? the extension im using to try this feature has service call Ten on the mbox.

norstar voicemail manager s/w on your pc and the NAM IP.
