Can anyone help me with this. I would like to when users log onto the computer a dialog message to pop up.. and the option to hit ok to continuing logging onto windows.

Local Group Policy should do it. Start, Run, gpedit.msc, OK...

In the group policy editor, navigate to Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Secuirity Options. Interactive logon: Message Text... and Interactive logon: Message Title.... are probably what you're looking for.

I Tried start > Run > gpedit.msc and it said that the path was invalid. Im just trying to do this on a single computer at a time with windows XP. Just locally not over a network or anything

I should mention that i have XP Home edition.
