When calling a DN that is busy the calling DN will get a fast busy and Not in service message? before it used to say On another call? how do i change this?

Not In Service, means that DN is not plugged in. On Another Call means that the DN is valid but Off-Hook.

Sorry about that lack of details. Im running an old 824 with Dr5.1

Cool.
These are system messages that can't be changed.
So its most likely what Dewey pointed out.
No set plugged in.
If you're certain the set is there, check the Forward on Busy and Forward No Answer settings. Make sure they forward to a valid DN.
