I tried it many times. It will not work. It still shows it is not on line. Do you know how to check to see if the system is online ? The printer test works fine. Tom

We are still running the old POS 2700 and I would like to ask a question. Our fiscal year starts tomorrow October 1. When I check total sales on this old machine it shows 1,000,000.00. There is no way we did that much sales. How would I clear that part so I can keep up with total sales. Thanks

I am back. We have had no problems using this old machine but now I have to figure out how to change prices on some items. Any help on this ?? I would pay someone to do this if I knew who to call. My time is limited because of other duties so paying a person would be better. Thanks.
