We are using CCM 4.1(3)(one Pub and one Sub) with H323 Cisco 2811 Gateway (2 gateways with 4 E1 Pri links). We want now to migrate from H323 to MGCP. Can please someone explain to me what i should consider before doing this? what should the migration plan include?

VMware is your friend: Install CCM4.2 (see posts in this forum) use BARS to restore the Same System as you have in Production.

what do you mean with "3 Servers"`? 3 separate ICM Server? or do you mean in separate Callmanager Cluster? Explain what the problem is so we can help.

what does the status of the phones says when you boot it up (network setting->status)

Go to Route Plan-> Route Plan Report find all unassigned DNs. now you should also see DNs configured in the Automatic DNs Range. Delete one of them and try to boot a phone, if it works you should delete them all.
