We just rolled out Cisco CM 4.2 + Unity with Domino + IPCC Express on our network at 4 sites roughly 200-300 users total.

We dont have a test lab.

1) Do i need one
2) If yes to 1, what would you suggest.
Obviously if i had 1,000's of users i could justify a complete duplicate of our Clusters but i know that wont fly.
Suggestions....??

Currently I have yet to apply any updates at all for fear that i cant test them. I will however had to apply to DST Patch without testing and hope for the best...

I acheived this by installing CCM onto a spare PC or in a Virtual Machine session. You can prob do the same with Unity, cant help you with installing it tho, there are a ton of posts on the subject :p Hope ive not opened up a can of worms.

Only thing you are missing is ISDN connectivity, not really needed In My Opinion as thats not configed as much as the general Call Manager stuff etc

VMware is your friend: Install CCM4.2 (see posts in this forum) use BARS to restore the Same System as you have in Production.

Yeah someone else suggested VMware.

That way i could also use my exisiting VoiceGatway?
