Our Service Provider was routing the calls via monaco... but monaco was not aceppting the Speech call

Dear All, We are tring to send a FAX Via CS1000 on that we are faceing problems. We cant send international FAX because The protcal send by the FAX or PABX to the remote end speech, according to pur provider if the speech call wont take the FAX isit right. and pls advice me what can i do to...

Please try my configuration it will help to slove the problem. I had the same issues before...can u tell me more abt the software rls and the patches on the system if it was a 25 u need to put a patch.
