Lockout Problem on E1 Lineside

We have an E1 lineside connecting an Option 11C rls 4.5 to a Dialogic card on an IVR. Channels do lock out and once every day we have to reset the card. Sometimes out of 30 channels, 28 lockout and then just 2 are available to provide IVR services. I have applied current peps to the rls 4.5 and still get the same problem.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks
George

It looks like a misunderstood between Line side E1 and the IVR. Check Line side E1 on board config using the MMI serial port. Is it still the same as when you install it? Compare its config with the IVR request. ABCD Signaling must match on both sides (LEI and UVR)

please tell me your using nortel IVR or some 3 rd party..and more over 75 or 120 ohms

We have a 3rd party IVR called VoiceGenie (was owned by Genesys and has been bought out) and are using an intel dialogic card (DMV) to link to the LSE1 card. It uses 120 ohms.

Thanks
George
