SECC 4.2 Keycode Upgrade

Hi all,
I am tring to upgrade the SECC 4.2 Keycode for 60 to 80 agents but i am getting error on the SECC Server.

The Error was "Cannot downgrade features" any idea the problems?

Please Note: the key code was correct

Try the KDIF and KSHO commands in LD 143 and see what is in the PEND file to compare with the REC file.

I was Tring to do in SECC server not on the PABX...
