after more troubleshooting the extension digits of the hunt group are not being passed through either.
if i call the extension of the hunt group with no members, it covers to its designated coverage path, goes to voicemail, but does not read the digits.
any ideas? thanks.

the call comes into a receptionist. the night service button is a send-calls button which sends the call to a coverage path for which the vdn for the auto attendant is point number 1.
what would be a better solution so that coverage paths are taken out of the equation. if i'm understanding...
