i am attempting to use the following:

messaging split 99 for extension 8920

however, when the call goes to voicemail, i get the response:

"your call is being answered by audix. the person you are trying to reach is not available. to leave a message, use touch tones to re-enter the number you called."

as if it's not passing the digits 8920

any ideas?

after more troubleshooting the extension digits of the hunt group are not being passed through either.

if i call the extension of the hunt group with no members, it covers to its designated coverage path, goes to voicemail, but does not read the digits.

any ideas? thanks.

Set up an x-port station on definity. lets say 8920, with a coverage path to send it Audix.

On audix, create the subscriber and make sure the name on audix is exactly the same as that on definity.

Now run the audits on audix and your messaging command will work.
