I cannot say for sure that my problem is exactly the same, but I have had something similar happen. After modifying anything related to the AAs I had to delete both my AAUser and AAExt and recreate them. Everything worked again after doing this.

phantomiii, I had the same problem. I deleted and recreated the user account in question and when doing so it asked me if I wanted to create a new VOIP extension. (I believe the VOIP ext was the key here, you may just be able to create the ext with same ext as the user)

dencom, thanks. The hunt group is not using unconditional forwarding, the user is. The issue is resolved.

Other than using Bridged Appearance Buttons, does anyone know of a way to indicate if a user is one the phone. For example, when I call another user and they are one the phone I would like a visual or audible idication that they are on the phone. I am using a 412 v4.0.
