First time seeing this phone number format

I had a client today that wanted to dial the phone number 317-800-XXXX The phone switch choked on it trying to dial it as a local (since that is our area code) 9,800-xxxx And as a long distance 8,317-800-XXXX I am assuming that the 800 exchange is causing the issue? Any thoughts on how to make...

    CS1000, ACD, SYMPOSIUM

I have a CS1000 Switch which we no longer have the symposium server connected to. I have a TN that still has a ACD set as KEY00 can I just nuke that key? I am assuming that the database we are worried about is the Symposium database, not the phone switch? Thanks Greg

    Need Help with LDIS

I appreciate the response but it does not really answer my question about what appears to be 3 cabinets in an option 61 it looks like I would need to run 12 queries not the 8 that I can figure out?

    quick question

I think you are operating under a false assumption. The port most likely will not give out he same IP address which would be handled by your DHCP server not the switch. I say most likely because DHCP lease have a time to live and it is usually set in hours.

    The show must go on!

Without the switch model here is the only information I could get. Are both locations on the same physical network? Are you you using fixed IP or DHCP? If you are using fixed IP and both locations are not on the same physical netowrk I would guess you have an ip conflict This is with the leds...
