When you run PMS Trace Enable can you see it been set ok .Also does it work if you set it using a PMS simulator .

MCD 5.0 is more flexible and allows a single RAD device to be shared between different queues, playing different messages.

You will need to get a Sip trace of 3300 or a Wireshark trace ,two issues it could be .Port issue on Firewall (if one in Place) or codec that is been used .You may still have the DTMF issue as it depends on what Payload is been used for sending the DTMF. All these will be show in the SDP Packets

Hi , I have had a system where the quality of the File was degrading and an Upgrade of the system solved the problem . I would say that even to Reinstall the same software would do the trick as your recreating the partitions on the Hard Drive.
