Thank bigindian65 for your replay. Yes, there are In/Out to PSTN. I used to work with Tadiran and we can change the name and the number to be showed when we made outgoing calls, it supposed Nortel has more flexibility, any other suggestions?

Thanks John, but the problem is that the "busy tone" is continuos and I dont have solid tone. Is there something to change in the FTC ?

We have a Meridian Option 11. I setup call forward for an analog extension but when the user forward his phone calls to another extension he doesn't have special tone to notice that the call forward is activated. Can somebody help me to setup a special tone? Thanks in advance.
