    No IDLE set display

    I have a working BCM400 rls 4.0 all patches, got a call that a few of the 7316s displays were not working. The phone works however the display disappears shortly after the ShowTime button is pressed. No errors on the BCM, sets are on multiple cards, DSM16+, 4x16 and G4x16.

    Option 11C 4.5 upgrade to 5.5

    I am going to be upgrading a 5 cabinet Option 11C (with 2 IP cabinets) from 4.5 to rls 5.5. I have yet to do a 5.5 upgrade but have done other releases. Do I also need to upgrade the SSC's in the IP cabinets also? All cabinets with SSC cards are at 4.50. I will have more questions, I will...

    SECC not forwarding correctly

    Thank you for the help, I believe that we are at the current DEP list for rls 4.0, however if it is a PI patch I will probably have to open a ticket with Nortel to get the problem resolved. Thanks again.

    Its very strange that this has worked for years and now this just starts happening? I know that the Opt11C was INI'd a few weeks ago, maybe something with the INI could have effected this?
