Hi there,
i'm working on the same issue and on the same kind of products.
I'm thinking about what you have written before (ECartman).
1 - why the public OLI can interfere with the ISDN communication (fro BCM to DIVA hardware)
2 - That's a good question, i'm sure that the route is configured as...
You have that difference because the public OLI, i'm speaking for EMEA, have 10 digits, you have to change the OLI when you have a DID feature active from your carrier.
So, for example, my number is 022441xxxx where 022441 is the fixed part of the number, the rest is for the DID selection.
The...
If you have used the BIT for the 3.7 be aware that there is a known issue, apache crashes due a certification error, before starting the core upload procedure backup the cert folder on the bcm under apache directory, and replace it when the system finished the core upload.
Bye

With 2 more PEC card you'll increase the apps (Voicemail, Faxmail, ecc.) and IP phone capabilities of the system.
I'm Italian and we don't use some of the modules you've installed on your BCM but if we have a DTM PRI module installed with 30 lines active and more than 64 user in the customer...
In any case the system have to give access to you via http or https, if the system is a 400 with a 3.0 release try to manage it via http://theipaddressofyourbcm:6800
The front left panel have several green led, when u power up the system, after 12 mins this leds have to become solid green, if...
What is the version of BCM 50? (1.0 - 2.0 - 3.0)
If i remember well there is a patch in the Nortel Website for a CLID issue, try to download and install the last service update.
There is a chapter on your BCM 200/400 called Network configuration guide, in this document you'll find how to configure the CLID properly into a VoIP trunk or into an ISDN configuration.
Hope this will help you!
Bye
David, you have to check the DCHP settings on your BCM50 and the "allow registration" button in the IP sets resources.
If the DHCP server, on your bcm 50, is DISABLED then configure the phone manually pushing the 4 button (from left to right) under the display when the phone startup.
Bye!
I've the same situation, you have to open the 20-21-5989-60001 ports to have the element manager works.
You have to open the 20-21 ports if you want to patch the system frome your home.
Bye.
