I have a BCM400 (unsure of release) that I am not able to access via any method. Console, IP or telset. the phones work and they can make/recieve calls. No voicemail and since the IP subsystem seems to be down no IP phones can register. The LEDs are flashing like the services can't start.
THey told me that they have replaced the BFT, HD and MSC card, but I can't verify if it was new stuff or gray market. Are there any steps I can take to try and get this thing working before I start throwing parts at it?
