Okay thanks... didn't know hotline could only dial an extension and not a group. Do you see any reason using actual doorphones as analog extensions wouldn't work on the ports?

Hard to say when exactly this started -- the customer claims they (at one point) were able to call England. IDK if that's true or not, but I'm inclined to believe them. The customer has not recently changed service providers, but that doesn't mean the customer's SP hasn't changed something...

Thanks for the responses guys, but none of that worked. Essentially, I'm sending a "+" in front of numbers dialed to country code 44 and I don't know how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to get rid of the "+"?

I've played around with Number Type, Operator, and Type of Number. Bone of them seemed to have an effect on the calls to England. Thanks again for looking at this.
