You need to add the SIP FQDN and Domain to the config. You can use just the IP address one the IPO LAN1 in those fields if you'd like. You won't get anything to register without something configured there.
Random reboots have been present in many different builds over the years with various causes. There are no historical logs you can review. Best to set a sysmon trace to log and check it after the next reboot.
I won't even attempt UC Module upgrades anymore, I always just take a backup and do a full re-image then restore the backup. You do need to be on site to do that with a USB drive. The best way to upgrade though is to spin up an App server and ditch the UCM.
I've got the exact same issue. iPhone doesn't have the Voip service limited warning but Android does connected to the same IPO. I have tried with and without TLS, no difference. I'm not sure what exactly is limited since it seems to be working 100% fine other than the warning icon.
Had this happen before. You should be able to upload through Web Manager no problem. If all else fails you can rename the PLDS license file to PLDSKeys.xml, upload to the Primary folder with Embedded File Management, and restart the SD card.
