I need some tips&tricks or some kind of lowlavel software to access to mers 8600. I don't know u/p, and I don't wish to reset pass to default. Any help?

My ipo see wrong phones 4610 tree hops far. Ipo see this phones like 4624 and because display on phone wont work. How to solve this? sw on ipo 3.2.65 I try with following phone firmware and can't solve problem: 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.8 ....

I have IPO with 3.2 software and several ip phone 4610. On central location all phones work correctly. I have one remote location and on that location phone work fine except display. Display is blank. The same phone work on central location, and phone from central location have same problem...
