Set the time server in the IPO as your PC. Set the time to what ever you want it to be on your PC. It should then change to match your PC when it next looks for a time update. It does this on system startup or every hour (I think!!).

It can only be done through the phone with older DS phones (64XX etc) with a menu key.

Not that I approve of faking reports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Changing the System Date and Time
One phone with a Menu key can be allocated as a "System Phone" by the System Administrator. The user of that phone can then change the date and time displayed on all phones.

Note: There will be a short delay before some telephones will update their displayed date and time.

To change the date/time:

Press Menu twice.

Select Func.

Press and select Setup.

Select either Date or Time.

Enter the new value. Use the * key to enter a : in times. Use the # key to enter a / in dates.

After entering the new date or time, select Done.

Press Exit .
