Hi NoCalAdmin I tried that too. Infact they have two types of driver sets one PCL6 and one PCL5e(something). I uninstalled the CD bundle and installed the HP website new bundle (about 27MBs). Same issue.....They recognize that there are issues with the scanner driver as I see a scanfix utility...
