Make sure your vm COS has "individual trunk access" enabled and if dialing out thru a PRI , make sure the COS of the VM has the correct settings to dial out. DPNSS, etc....

Running an 3300 MXe 4.0 - for some reason some of my ACD path info is being copied to other ACD paths. Why would this be happening.

i found the issue - I was running NuPoint software release 10.0 UR1 - this release did not have suite services integration. They came out w a patch in UR2 which fixed this. Im upgrading the system now.
