ACD Path Unavailable / Interflow

Need some help -
I have an ACD path 4131 - everything works great except the unavailable and interflow points. I have analog ext 4133 setup as the unavailable / interflow point. It has an embedded vm box associated w it. However, when I make all agents busy I do not get the vm greeting associated w unavailable answer point x4133. I get a recording stating to please enter the mailbox number I am trying to reach. As if the vm is not getting the 4133 digits. I read somewhere that the unavailable answer point and interflow cannot be the same ext so I tried creating 2 dif extensions but that didnt help. Also tried a NameTag hunt group as the unvlble answr point and then creating a mailbox associated w the pilot of that nametag hunt group but still the vm is not recognizing the digits. Is the vm getting the ACD Path 4131 digits when in unavailbe state and thats why its not recognizing the 4133?

create a name tag huntgroup *4133 and call reroute always to voicemail hunt group
Add *4133 as the PUAP or interflow or both
don't know where you found something which said they can't be the same as this is incorrect

The ACD Path becomes the dialed number for VM integration regardless of where you send it with path unavailable. In this case it will present 4131 to VM

Path Interflow, will integrate with the destination, In this case it will present 4133 to VM

kwbmitel, if the vm integration is sent the path number (4131) then how will 4133 come into play?
