How can I make a call flow from an unavailable ACD path to a EMEM mailbox? I've tried entering a phantom rerouted to VM with a mailbox but it always hits the auto attendant. The call initially hits the 6160 IQ, then with rules goes to the path. I've also tried going to a phantom (rerouted to the path) first but that goes to a busy greeting which is not changeable in the EMEM?

Thanks.

It will try to associate with the ACD Path number.

There are ways to override the integration.

Create a nametag hunt group - then create a mailbox - place the pilot of the nametag hunt group as the extension within the mailbox. Put the nametag hunt group pilot number as your unav answer point. But then you need to set the call reroute always for the hunt group pilot to go to the vm pilot. For some reason it doesnt route to the vm box if you have the vm pilot as the call reroute alternative so make sure you create a reroute always point going to the vm pilot. Works every time!

Thanks, I ended up creating a mailbox with the path number and changing the greeting config to answer with the main greeting when busy just for that mailbox and that works like a charm with EMEM hunt pilot as the unavailable answer point in the path. chode79, I'll try your suggestion as well next time.

I did, but I was confused about the verbiage that states "You dial a extension 1234, but on no answer goes to a NameTag Hunt Group 4321, which is the voicemail, this is then call fordwarded always to voicemail". The part about 4321 being the voicemail and also redirected to voicemail wasn't clear to me.

1234 to nametag HG 4321 to vm answers with VM 4321

1234 to extension 4321 to vm answers with VM 1234
