MultiTech VOIP FAX and CSeq value

I'm having trouble getting an IP T.38 FAX server to run on my IP Office... The manufacturer thinks this may be caused by a "very high CSeq value" Not sure what that is, but does anyone know if that value is something that may be adjustable in IP Office? Thanks, -Jon

    VM Pro doesn't work

I don't know if this will help, I use an older version of VM Pro, but sometimes I have to disable the firewall on the VM server for long enough for the system to start working... Then re-enable the firewall, and everything is fine... -Jon

    IPO version with T.38 FAX

I am running IPO Version 4.2(17) I'd like to use a VOIP FAX server which was verified using IPO V. 7 Does anyone know which version of IPO started support for T.38? How much pain is involved in a move of this size? (I assume just saving a config file is not recommended) (I just maintain our...

    Comdial DX80 PC DBA software

Does anyone have a copy of the old free PC DBA software that came with these units? I was recently asked to install an old unit for a local vet. The unit seems to work well, but it seems like the overall programming would be a WHOLE lot easier with the software... (I realize I'll probably have...

    404 not found

I have two IP500 systems with a SIP trunk between them. On system #2, the extension numbers are in the SIP Name tab for each user, so when calls come from system #1, system #2 recognizes the extension as on-system and all is OK. However, when calls come from system #2 to system #1, the...

    E.164 on IP Office?

Is there a way to get the IP Office to use E.164? When I add a + sign to the number field, it inserts a 00 in front of the sip invite. I need the invite to show To: +1xxxxxxxxxx@ot.bandwidth.com Right now, it only uses 10-digit dialing. I can get bandwidth to accept 10-digit, but every time...

No CID when VM outcalls on SIP

Hi folks! When my VM calls out to let me know there is a message waiting, the SIP invite From: field shows OUTBOUND_ALERT@ot.bandwidth.com On a normal outgoing call, the system pulls the CID from the SIP NAME field in each user's SIP tab, with the resulting invite showing...
