Hi,

I have installed a virtual Primary Server 9.1 with the VMPro and Contact Recorder in the same image. After making all the configuration, I call from one extension to another in order to check the Mailbox, but I doesn't get the voicemail message, so basically the VMPro is not working. But is curious because I have created some modules this announcements and those work fine. The same with Contact Recorder, it doesn't record any call. And my Primary Server in Web Manager is yellow color, basically because a problem with VM Pro.
The installation process was fine and following the doc.
What should I check first?
Many thanks

User voicemail ticked.
NA timers.

Thanks for the answer,

The Users has the Voicemail Activated checked. And I don't know what is the NA timer.
But it doesn't work even *99 which is the short code for Collecting Voicemail.

What about visual voice?
*17?
NA-no answer

A part is based in this Avaya issue:

DETAILS
New installation of IP Office 9.1 Server Edition, within 12 hours of the system being set it the customer lost access to their voicemail services.
Service shows started the user has already reset service and VM password in Security Settings and VM-pro client.

PROBLEM CLARIFICATION
Users cannot dial *17. Get fast-busy when attempted. No changes were made between system installation and when the issue started.
CAUSE
Security Configuration
SOLUTION
Verify that the voicemail password in the General tab of the Web Manager System Preferences matches the voicemail password in the security settings for IP Office Manager and the Security settings of the VM Pro Client. Restart the voicemail services after the changes have been made.
More information can be found in the Voicemail Pro 9.1 Administrator Guide 15-601063 Issue 10e

I syncronized again the VM password and at least when I dial *17 I see a VM channel taken in System Status, but I have no voice asking me for the password. I am calling from a Office Worker Softphone. Do I have to make any kind of configuration when a call is sip in the Voice Mail setup?
Thanks

I don't know if this will help, I use an older version of VM Pro, but sometimes I have to disable the firewall on the VM server for long enough for the system to start working... Then re-enable the firewall, and everything is fine...
