    I'm on an option 11c, was hoping someone could offer some help. We have received several calls from 911 that we are dialing them several times during the day. Can I "easily" change the way users dial an outside line from 9 to 8?

    Wondering if anyone can help me out on this one.... Currently our recep has to hit the night mode button on the 2250 console, which puts it into night mode, before 5:00pm, it would just say "the attendant is busy" so obviously the business hours are setup, and was able to see that in meridian...
