    Dial the VM access code manually. Once the messages have been cleared from the VM on an extension, and the light is extinguished, the Mw button doesn't work. Alternatively leave a new message on the extension and then use the lit MW button.

    Is it the display for the DSS Keys on the phones which is not updating? Yo may have to manually change the label on each extension

    I thought the TDA was set up via USB only, the lan ports became available on the TDE
