https connect to ns500/1000 from wan

hi all
from some reasone i cant connect to ns1000 and ns500 from wan by https.
and the ports are open and i was connect to that pbx's before
anyone know that issue?

Did you update the firmware?
If so, does your password meet the requirements?

The prob i thing is tgat i updates browsers and not reach now to pbx

I think from Version 9 Access from the Internet is Blocked by Default

Its not that its also in old versions
i think thats something on browser on pc
i see that on old pc i can get the pbx

Here is a previous post where I had the same issue:

This is for Firefox, I'm not sure what the Chrome fix would be

It's a TLS issue, the PBX's don't support the latest SSL certificate requirements.
