    your uc360 should have a label on the bottom for either in room collaboration or external collaboration. the in room device does not have a camera function. even if you did have a external collaboration unit, you cannot use a usb camera. it must be an ethernet camera.

    Mivb9 operator/ attendant day and night disable

    You can put the Attendant Console in a different tenant with its own night service. You wont be able to set the system night service with the console though. you will need another phone on the main tenant to control the system day/night or use the business/system schedules.

    On the external MBG Under allowed URI's on the SIP Settings page, have you allowed the MiCollab FQDN?

    Do you have an initial RAD playing to the caller before the UPIQ message plays? I think you need to have the caller hearing queue hold music before they can hear a UPIQ message.

    are you doing the voice vlan via OUI? ie MAC Address instead of lldp? Note some of the 69xx series phones have a different mac address vendor code. Older phones used the 08:00:0f: but some 69xx series phones use 00:08:5d:

    Has the user enabled a call director call flow on their own mailbox? From memory the users can setup a call flow by accessing the MiCollab End User Portal.
