Hi all.
I would like to disable the attendant from causing the system to go into night service when the operator PC is shutdown or not logged in.
How can this be achieved?
Thank you.

You can put the Attendant Console in a different tenant with its own night service. You wont be able to set the system night service with the console though. you will need another phone on the main tenant to control the system day/night or use the business/system schedules.

Change the Night Service Leader for Tenant 1 to something other than tenant 1 (e.g. Tenant 10)
Then assign Tenant 10 to the phone that will be responsible to changing Day/Night service for the system.
Also allow Tenant 1 and Tenant 10 to be able to communicate.
