Hello

I'm new on MiCC however worked on MiVB before. I have setup MiCC but struggling with UPIQ and request your assisted. All my configs are working expect UPIQ. My setup are as follow: Two UPIQ port 5020. Calls hid Voicemail which have have Support, Sales, Finance and Marketing. I have setup UPIQ under Support: Inqueue workflow

initial delay: 10 sec
Customer to update: Default UPIQ subroutine
Frequency to update callers: 20

Anything that I miss?

Do you have an initial RAD playing to the caller before the UPIQ message plays? I think you need to have the caller hearing queue hold music before they can hear a UPIQ message.

Because UPiQ is effectively a message to callers waiting in a queue, if the queue also has RADs programmed the two messages can conflict with each other.
You must either set the timers so they do not conflict or only have either RADs or UPiQ configured for the queue.
