Putting 0 in the specific tab works fine but if i have a seperate auto att for a different department i will need to send the calls to a different extension
111 is a system extension assigned to a phone,,,i have 0 as a shortcode that dials exte 111 (Receptionist) that works internally.
The auto att pronpts the caller to press 0 to reach the receptionist

Voice mail pro auto att menu,,,give callers opt to 0 out to got to a specific extension,,,have 0 pointing to a transfer cell, transfer cell points at ext 111 but when i press 0 it hangs up on me.

I performed a keycode upgrade on a 81c to convert to cs1000 and added a sig server, the keycode sheet reflects the system as being a cs1000 but in the system it still shows as being an 81c. After installing the sig server software and accessing element manager the web page shows Unknown call...

In ip trunk settings,,,send name display is checked
the target lines have caller id set checked
the set has a name
the set has a private oli
the sip route is private.
I have a 4 port Nam,,the ports reside on 301, 302, 303,304,
When a caller hits port 303 they get a fast busy,,,when i disable the port my 3rd call hits 304,,,is there a way to reassign the port?
