Has anyone tried similar case making Orderpoint run on a 640x480 resolution? Documentation says second display should be set to 800x600 resolution and will work fine but has anyone had struggled and made it worked with a 640x480?

Regrinding, merging or combining log can be easily done but is there a way to split and review line by line?
I guess there's a tool for it. Can someone guide me on splitting transaction line by line?

For Epson brand I use only TM88 or the Thermal printer for fast printing but thermal printers are not advisable inside the kitchen. If only you have a good place for it.

If not, re-check if the sec key codes were properly in place inside aloha.ini and do refresh data.
If refresh data or aloha manager doesn't work,, try running "dbconfig.exe" to update your data.

Are you talking about using the POS hardware where Aloha is currently installed?
As long the hardware meets the requirement of that POS software that you'd want, it will work there.
But bear in mind that if these hardware are Udoc Radiant Terminals, its drive/storage capacity is small. Mind...
other option..
1. try using other com port of the pos terminal. should match also the baud rate, etc.
2. swapping printer with the same model.
3. if you have other "NOT problematic" FOH terminal with a printer, try comparing it.
