The voicemail to email sends differently for a recorded call versus voicemail to email. It does not come from the same place. I want to say that a recorded call comes from unknown@domain but I cant remember exactly but I do know it is different for each for sure. have you looked in junk or...

I have a SV9100 and we use the transfer button and a DSS/Onetouch key with additional data of #6* to park calls so the client does not have to choose a zone. This is working fine except from time to time the client will have a caller parked and then park another call and it joins...
