SV9100: Ringing 2 phones at same time?

My subject may not be a 100% accurate representation of whats going on but: one of my schools needed another main office phone so when busy a second secretary can answer the incoming calls. I placed the new phone but I am not sure how to set it so both phones can answer the main phone line if busy. I currently set the main phone with call forward to the other extension when busy or no answer.

Any help would be great!

Depernding on how the system was programmed, you may be able to just add it to the ring group in MB 22-04

Program a virtual key on the second phone of the main office extension and set it to ring

To assign a number to delay ring, add a virtual to the ring group, place it on a button on the second phone, assign it to ring then assign it to delay ring.
