Windows Server Uptime

This customer, whom I installed a system for, has a Windows 2003 server running on IBM hardware and it has been running flawlessly for 1343 days (since I installed it) without a single reboot.... ever.... For a Windows Server in a production environment i think this is a world record.. 117 more days and it will be four years. Still on Service Pack 1... i dont get excited about much, this is downright crazy..

drum roll for 117 days everybody gotta make the 4 year mark!

Didn't you post this around a year ago on a thread discussing rebooting kit ? :)

Yes! That's the same server from like October of last year I decided to leave it alone and it's still kicking

Guess we will see what happens

And it has not been hacked yet? :)

I agree.
It is suicide with a Windows machine not doing the updates once in a while.
Only never set it to automatic :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
