Hello everybody!
In short: Can not install TAPI driver at my computer Win7 x64. After installation and reboot still can not see IP Office in phone providers list.
Detailed description: I'm trying to integrate CRM with Ip Office. I found out that I need to use library for that, but first TAPI driver has to be installed. And that's the place where I'm stocked.
Spent already 2 days trying to figure it out what's the problem, and about 4 hours reading this forum.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium x64. Also tried to install driver at couple other machines with Win 7 x64, the same problem.
Tried almost everything: installed, reinstalled, Admin privileges, Compatibility XP Sp2/3 modes. Nothing helped. On Win XP however installation worked just fine.
Found that installer made folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\TAPI with 3 files in it, tspi3w.tsp included. (2 others are: it.exe, uit.dll)
I made a copy of this file in \system32 directory and added 2 keys in registry (made copy as on XP). Restart Telephone service and provider appeared in the list, but without possibility to edit or delete it. (please, check picture)
Any help is greatly appreciated!
