Ok I've searched the web all over for a solution to this problem, I've found a bunch of solutions for this error message when given a specific driver thats conflicting. But I'm not given that. Here is what I get:

Stop 0x000000D1 (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000004) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

There is no .DLL or anything mentioned. I have already reinstalled WinXP to try and get rid of this problem only to have it come right back at me. I have absolutely no idea what could be causing this except that I've noticed it happens when I'm using a lot of bandwidth of my Linksys LNE100TX card (when I'm using about 20-30% of 10BaseT bandwidth for a prolonged amount of time).

I appreciate any suggestions as to why this might be happening. Thanks a lot.

sorry, forgot to mention my system :

Intel P3-733Mhz 133Mhz Bus
Via 694X chipset on motherboard
896Mb RAM (DIMMS: 1x128Mb, 1x256Mb, 1x512Mb)
WD 30Gb 5400rpm HDD
WD 80Gb 7200rpm 8mb cache HDD
Geforce2 MX400 32Mb
Sound Blaster Live! Value
Linksys LNE100TX (Version 4.1)
Lite-On 16x DVD-ROM
Aopen 20/10/40 CDRW

Since you mention the failure occurs when using the Ethernet connection heavily, look at your NIC support page:

and verify that you have the correct drivers installed. You may want to confirm visually that the version of card you have is indeed 4.1
