Can anyone tell me 100% what this means and the easiest way to get the IP500V2 to clear this error.
If you can point me at some Avaya engineering explanation even better!

This occurred after the guys rebuilt the SD card using manager.

[cheers]

The IP500v2 runs from it's internal flash memory.
So the SD card does not work at all!!!

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

if you can still merge changes it means the rebuild of the SD Card was not done correctly (files are missing)

otherwise the card is corrupt & needs replacing

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!

I saw this once when I accidentally put the System SD card in the wrong slot of the IP500V2

Saw it once, took out the card and re-inserted it, looked via the DTE port and it start to reconize the card.

Start with a power cycle, then rebuild the card, then replace it.

Does it show the boot location as 'NAND Flash'??
