i have an avaya ipoffice 406. and 40 pc's. they runs phonemanagers.
The voice quality is too bad. I need your help.
the ip406 and all users are connected to the same switch netgear fms726 manageable. On the clients, Phonemanager is set like this:
On the preferences :
audio codec is G711 allow 64
Is the qos necessary ? I am not a network ingeneer and it's difficult for me to make qos.
