VMPro No Audio in SCN

I am having an issue with VMPro at times not providing Audio at remote site. The line is configured as VPN with Centralized VM. The License does not go invalid and the VMPro Service does not stop, to fix the issue the Router is reset and the issue is resolved but then re-appears. I am running 4.0.7 and VMPro 4.0.18; I have seen a couple Threads on this same issue but no real answer as to the cause or how to resolve the problem. Any help/advice would be appreciated
 
If reseting the router fixes the problem, then the router is the problem. It will be blocking ports.

I have seen routers do this even though they are programmed not to.

I apologize I was incorrect, the Firewall is reset correcting the issue not the router.

4.0.7 and vmpro 4.0.18 are buggy
Yesterday i logged in to a site with 4.0.7 and at the moment that monitor did connect the system rebooted
Upgrade the system to 4.1
