Hi to all.
An incoming call is arriving in the Main VDN of a HelpDesk. The caller is given the choices of three VDNs. After the selection of the choice he is routed accordingly to another VDN wich contains queue to skill commands. If both the given skills are not reachable the call is routed to another VDN which contains a route to command aiming to a hunt group that contains the attendant. The attendant is intended to send the call back to the appropriate VDN, but the problem is that the name of the VDN is not presented to her. When, on the last mentioned route command, i change the number of the hunt group and apply the number used on the dialplan for the attendant instead of the hunt group, the attendant is able to display the VDN name and number. But i cannot use that, because there is a night service that i am using on the hunt group, in order for the attendant to send the calls to a specific station when needed. Bellow you will see captures of what i am talking about. Thanks for the patience.

Which VDN do you need the attendant to see?

Susan
You can have it all. You just can't have it all at once.

The last one "1_ch_TEXNIKO TO ATTD" numbered 805. Thanks for the reply.

you can try setting all of the VDN's BEFORE the '1_ch_TEXNIKO TO ATTD' to 'Allow VDN Override? = Y'.

I had the same issue once and that fixed it for me.. I just changed all the VDN's so that the name would be overridden by the next VDN, and then the VDN name that I wanted to show up gets stroked to N for 'Allow VDN Override?'

You didn't post the VDN that routes to Vector 1. Is the VDN Override set to No? If so, it should be Yes.

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.

All the vdn except the one i am talking about (805) have a "yes" on the specific field.

Sorrry for bringing this back on the top, but i still have not managed to find a solution, if any.
