I want to use the feature buttons on Polycom phones, transfer from phone to phone etc. Does anyone know how to make this happen. As of now I can only answer calls. Model SoundPoint IP 430 SIP

Call wating" (User > Telephony tab > Multiline) ticked on the user?

post your email address, i have a document for getting polycoms working very well on the IP office. There is no way to get the features key (the blue one) working (that i could find) but i got all other transfer keys etc working well.

thanks for the star. To be honest, a lot of it is common sense and could be applied to any sip endpoint, there were only one or two settings that were tricky, one being the time server, when it didn't have a time server it was acting a bit strange.
